Is the new format still causing problems,as we seem to be getting a large number of blank questions or repeated questions from the same person in a sequence, or are people not giving time for the question to appear?

Since the new system came into operation I've made a few mistakes by trying to do searches but typing the subject matter in the question field instead. Now trying to be careful to type in the correct box:o)

The other day I was told the website couldn't do it,everytime I tried to answer a question,until I had tried to redo about three times. I guess it could easily have appeared more than once if that had been wrong information from the website notice.
