I was driving my car out of a supermarket car park, when I came to a mini island (not on a public highway but part of the supermarkets car park).

There were 2 cars going straight ahead with one behind them, signalling to turn right round the island.

Obviously I thought I had plenty of time to proceed forward due to the fact that the 2 cars going forward had to clear the island and the one turning right had got to traverse round the island.

Not so in this case, the car turning right did not bother to go round the painted island he cut across it, and then had the cheek to shout obscenities at me for not giving way to traffic on the right.

The cheek of some people.

The damned cheek of it.
Do you know what really pi$$es me off in supermarket car parks - when somebody walks directly behind your car as you are reversing out of a space. Grrrrrrrr

Happened to me yesterday Den53. They seem obvlivious to everything.

We have a mini roundabout in the town at which I turn left. Whilst doing so I have been overtaken several times by the car behind driving straight across the middle of it, regardless of what is approaching from the right!
Its always the 'intelligent' men who walk behind my car.
I reverse in. Does that mean I am intelligent?
Road rage...that's not too bad. My cousin jumped out of his car a punched a bus driver through his open window. That's road rage..!!
I had an incident this morning on a dual carriageway. I'd just got my nose past the back of this bloke's car when he indicated and pulled out. I hit the brakes and he narrowly missed me. Unfortunately, I had to retain some self control since I had my OH's daughter with me. Further up the road in the road works, he yelled at me "I indicated you blind b*tch". Stupid man. Just because you indicate doesn't give you the god given right to pull out onto a car that is already there. I nearly got out and chinned him - the daughter was quite shaken. Smart bloke in a big car, but driving like a total ar$e.
I find middle aged business men in posh cars are usually the worse drivers - oh, and females in 4WD's. The young may drive fast and do silly things at times but they are not rude.

lol....very handy.
I ran someone over in Tesco which was a shame as he had just bought a bag for life.
It seems to be getting worse doesn't it. I wonder why this is. Lets start a "be nice to other drivers" campaign.
I think I know what roundabout you are on about loftie, is it the supermarket one?? I hate when people do not indicate there. Sometimes I just want to pull out right infront of them and then say oh sorry were you indicating? Erm No!!
