Anyone else think that it is getting easier ?
It also appears to be smaller and has a different Format.
Maybe it's my eyesight but it appears that way to me ! ;-))))

It's certainly easier because the whole completed grid can be viewed online!
I suppose the setter can do what she likes. The same for the MOS.

I always complete my Crosswords myself and do not copy other peoples work.
It just appears different today somehow !

I agree. The MOS crossword is definitely easier, probably to enhance sales of the newspaper. What surprises me is that so many people on here are happy to provide the answers to the clues to some who appear to do the entire crossword via this site. Is is kindness, or is it that they can\'t resist the temptation to show how clever they are?! Whilst I\'m gabbling on anyway, how many people do you reckon buy the MOS, the Sunday Express and the Daily Express purely for the crosswords? Have a nice day.

Agree with you entirely. I'm not a big fan of either the Express or Mail and I only buy them because their GK Crosswords are really good.

Left wing dumming down. Make everything easy so that everyone can do it! Rather defeats the object really, apart from the fact that doing the crosswords is good for the grey matter - unless you spend all morning on answerbank!
