The Guatemalan Families Association (Reg Charity No. 1105241) supports two charities in Guatemala.The two projects supported by the GFA are already making a huge impact in several communities in rural Guatemala- improved sanitation, a library, safer and more fuel efficient stoves,daily school lunches. A school meal has improved attendance, health and well being of children in a country where over 50% of children are chronically malnourished and stunting due to poor diet is commonplace.

This Christmas the GFA is running a fundraising fun family quiz. There are 15 reasonably easy questions and two prizes of up to £100. The closing date is February 1st 2010 and to receive a copy of the quiz, email quizsheet @ googlemail. com (no spaces). Then all you have to do is return the quiz sheet with a minimum £1 donation.
