can't quite explain why but think East African so lost in West Africa may be Mali ......Mali is a West African republic - the Masai are East African - so lost maybe means lose the 's' - don't know but feel there's a connection.
Totally agree with answer 'airy' for hirsute cockney - (drop the aitch from hairy)
