KM Links Game - February week 3 results

Good morning everyone and thank you for all my happy birthday wishes - I had a lovely day Sunday at a picnic lunch with friends, lazing under shady trees, lots of my favourite tipple and every so often, a cooling shower after the dogs hauled themselves out of the river and came to shake all over us - and luckiky I didn't have to drive home. All in all, a good one !!!
Well it had to happen at some stage and this week was it - the downpour of points dried up rather quickly when faced with the following matches -
Shot Tower
Pearl Barley
Flag Officer
Cell Mate
and it's easier to tell you who got what, rather than who didn't ??!!! The only taker for Shot Tower was miss meg, HandBagLady and tamborine were the only takers for Cell Mate, Flag Officer found a friend with lysander, ladyalex and ChrisHewat and a further 18 entries headed for Pearl Barley.
LYSANDER put together a three pointer with 2 correct and that was the end of the outstanding achievements for the game as the remaining point scorers added one to their tallies.
No need to despair however, there's still one more weekend and we may get another bumper crop when we reconvene the meeting, next Saturday, same time, same place, for the final countdown.
Till then have a good week, I will follow this with the Leader Board, so cheers for now, S

I've abbreviated the Board some what this time, but will do a complete printout next Monday at the end of the month, but CONGRATULATIONS to all the points scorers this week, very well done with some of Kate's less likely links.
Better luck to all of us, next time.............Steff

Well done to all the scorers this week - none for me, which is more like it.
As to the weather - some more sun would be nice to dry the fields up - it's very hard to put one foot in front of the other with half a ton of mud attached to the wellies. Did pull enough fodder beet on Saturday to feed the sheep today :) but will have to pull more tomorrow whatever is falling out of the sky...
And to Steff - a 'thankyou' for this week's competition and belated birthday wishes too :)
