I have no answers for the above but for no.10 - river that forms the border between western north korea and china I think it could be amnok or yula (my old map isn't very clear.)
regarding 6** &7** in case they are referring to answers to the 13th & 20th questions they are, respectively'hamble' and 'euphrates'.
Sorry to be asking for so many but time is running out and -hand on heart - I have checked as far as I could and there are 100 questions!
Wow! Have hardly had time to check. dxhound how brilliant and how obvious the answers are when I see them , Am eternally grateful but very embarrassed by my stupidity
Well I really am stupid - am I right in thinking that these extremely swift answers are those in your records as having been submitted in previous years?
Of course you're not stupid but these are fairly easy for some people here or to find on Google. Link below is a good site for crosswords and you could have found the two anagrams on there as well.
Don't thinkthe river is local to me as these quizzes go to places far and wide but compiler lives in chester-le street Durham.
However 99 out of 100 isn't bad many , many thanks from an octogenarian(and a half!)_
