Triplet word quiz....HELP!

Hiya,
This one is driving me mad! It's a list of words without vowels and y's and three words go together to make up a triplet...for example BLL BK CNDL makes bell book candle. WN WMN SNG makes wine women song. RD GRN MBR makes red green amber. Get the gist? Well the list is in alphabetical order and there are 90 words making up 30 triplets.....I've got all of them apart from 6 words and one of those is a blank (aarrggghh - that's me screaming!). So the 6 words without vowels are........DCTN DCTN DCTN DPR M _ _ _ (the last one is the blank). So can anyone help please? Can you find the words and put three of them together to make two sets of triplets? Good luck as I haven't a clue at the moment. Thanks for reading.

Rather difficult to assist as you don't give the number of letters in each word, if available. If it were PRD M _ _ _ rather than DPR, I would suggest Pardon my French.

Hi all, many thanks for your input.

I'm sure you are spot on "writesbad" with education, education, education....that's GOT to be it, thank you very much. As for numbers of letters in the words "mike1111".........one isn't given them... just the consonants and the blank word so I can't tell you how many letters <scream>. The words will come with the consonants exactly as written so don't jumble them up.....so it IS DPR with the vowels and/or y missing and it is M on its own where you have to add the vowels or a y and as for the blank.....have written it exactly as I got it so I assume it's a three letter word. To summarise the last three words for me to find are "DPR" "M" and the blank and they should all have something in common....like the triplet that was found by "writesbad".

Thanks to everyone for helping....just one set of three to get now....phew lol.

The blank suggests a three-letter word consisting of all vowels. The only one I can think of is EYE. Doesn't get me any further forward, though.

Never thought of that mike that it would be 3 vowels....now all I have to do is find the other ones.....DPR and M. Deeper? and the M aim, my, may, amy, yum,?? It's just matching up isn't it..... DEEPER EYE .....M....??? It's really bugging me now LOL.
