These partial postings with just a title and no question content occur so often these days. I can't work out whether it's user error or whether there is problem with AB for certain browsers/devices (mobile phones?)

I think the main cause of the problem is in the design of the Question boxes. The 'submit question' button is immediately after the question Title box and there's a gap before the 'question details' box, so it's not surprising many click the 'submit question' button before posting the full question. Users on mobiles may not even see the question details box on their little screen
