Okay thanks quinie. I though forgo/forego meant GO WITHOUT not RESIGN. or Go BEFORE
Anyway I always though FOREGO was a different word to FORGO, and that when FOREGO is used instead of FORGO it's a misspelling not an accepted variant- although I accept spellings do change over time owing to accepted use/misuse. Is it an American spelling?
