I am also doing this quiz. Have looked through everything I can to find out about William Olds - nothing. Have found reference to a William Olyds on line. Have put a query into the quiz setter on the Fundraising Quizzes site online about the spelling on Q33 b ut as yet I havent heard anything back. If and when I do I will let you know Barb

thank you for that, i cannot find anything about him at all anywhere, gone through all my books, you name it i have tried it.The answer for number 52 i can only match first 2, the person in question i cannot match with number 3, have you got then all matched.

Thats what Im wondering. As for Q33 I have even been to the Library and gone through all their reference books but still nothing. The only reference I can find to the name is what robin has suggested, but it doesnt fit the question at all. As I say I will let you know if I get anything back from the setter. It is very annoying though!

Sorry for the delay. Just want Q33 although Im now having doubts about the others! Still, not due in yet so will wait and see if I get anything back from the setter. All in all I have enjoyed doing it. Also doing the Colours quiz from Hampshire Search and Rescue, thats a good one

I am also struggling on the William Olds question cant find any references at all Also a query on question35 cos if I remember rightly it was Bill Brewer, Jan Stewer & Peter Gurney so maybe the setter slipped up on the letters I have put a query in

Think we have just got to hope the setter looks at the queries. Just realised I have a query against my answer to Q35. I dont put my answers straight onto the answer sheets just in case, just put them down on my own sheets which I keep for checking

Morning Still nothing from the quiz setter. Think I am going to forget about this quiz for the time being and if still nothing nearer the time just send it in without Q33 answered. I have also put BB for Q35 and WC for Q52 and I intend leaving these as they are as I have no other ideas!
