Dingbat Help !!

Hi Guys, still cant crack these last two dingbats, really appreciate any help.

1. A large letter V (slightly faded) followed by pic of small row boat. ?

2 The word HOO (in black) on top of the word KNEE (in white). Dont know if the colours are relavant ?

Whitney Houston has already been suggested, but i'm yet to be convinced. May have to go with it though.
