Really stuck on these.         The actress who plays 'Shazzer' (Sally Phillips???) in a couple of box office films is the daughter of the Chairman of which well known Club?  Also question 49       Discounting a film appearance which was uncredited, her first and last roles were in great films both of which won 'Best Film' Oscars. A sincere and most believable 'girl next door' type of actress, she was married to a person who was very well known to the director of both films in question but she tragically died of cancer on their wedding anniversary. Who was she?

Could 78 be PAUL.? If you take away the first letter of the others, the remaining letters make a word ie Bath (hat) Board (road).

Paul could be the answer on the basis that smaller words can be made from each of the others, but this answer seems too easy.

The trouble with this type of question is that there can be numerous "correct" answers. I suppose it's down to what the setter accepts as an acceptable alternative. Here's another one.... the odd one out could be CLIMATE. If you remove one letter from the other words, not necessarily the first, you get another word - but not with climate. You pays your money and takes your chance.
