I need the answer to one question.

The answer is "sound - spelling - hidden - cryptic" eg. A cassette of Python's activities = Montevideo

The one I'm stuck with is

First class scavenger confused loses direction and goes astray

I have one that I'm not sure of, but I think the answer is ROME - it is

Start over the top and wander away

only question I have with that is the tense - if it were 'go astray' then Rome sounds right but 'goes astray' suggestion to me it should be Romes/roams

ROME is my guess for the second question "Start over the top and wander away"
sorry Tuvok - not sure if I read the question correctly - which clue does your answer of Rome refer to - start over the top or first class scavenger?
