Am completely stumpedon this one, would appreciate some help if you can, please ....

The pictures are (a) a girl with a blue butterfly outfit (looking sorta South American), a picture of a meat filled samosa, a wonderful white mansion withlots of wrought iron balconies, and a cruise liner in a port with lots of skyscrapers in the city.
