Qu 28. Model 38 with a black suit before accepting honour on the NW coast.(9)
Qu 34. Deadly sin of lions(5)
Qu 60. Flower found on the West coast of Scotland (5) Starts with 'C'
Qu 88. Jude the Obscure entered charge of bigotry (9) Starts with 'R'.

If you've got an answer 'Wise' then 28. could be Morecambe
Don't get the Model 38 but it's got C(lubs) and MBE(honour) in it

Thank you again Calibax. Yes they are pairs and I have 'Wise'. Model 38 refers to the Qu 38, which the answer is Romeo. So you are correct in your line of thought. Didn't make the connection.
