I would appreciate any help.
Ulster is a county in Ireland.
All place names are taken from the CollinsRoad atlas of Ireland, that I don't have.

You might want to re-word your question. Ulster is NOT a County in Ireland. It is a province, a collection of counties within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Pedantic maybe, but I know many Ulstermen who would strongly object to being classed as part of "Ireland"..
