I missed the details of where to send the match 3 card, conditions of sending etc. Does anyone have any ideas please?

There was a claim form in Friday's paper which you had to complete and send off with your game card. I'm sorry I can't remember the address but I got the impression that the claim form was required.

If you're claiming for 3 spades (£100,000 prize), 3 hearts (£1,000) or 3 clubs (£100) you have to phone in.
If you're claiming for 3 diamonds (£5), as JMR27 says, there is a claim form which needs to be filled in and which was in Friday's paper.
