I think no.74 is one of his mistakes. The only town I can find that fits is Alford, and like you I can only find a Mill rather than a Hall.
I have just seen that you said a clue would do for No.80 on Get Branded, but I think the answer has now been given, sorry I did not get back to you earlier.
