46a: I think you may have spellt Liszt incorrectly and the actor in a folk play is 'mummer' so the cereal plant is SORGHUM.
42: CURRICLE - your second letter is wrong (mummer) and 33 down is nitre.

thanks George, although i did think nitre was spelt Niter, I had player instead of Mummer
