Oh yes, it definitely could be wrong. The clue is "Wind resulting from unsettled weather" (7) ?R???H? I had put in "draught", but could it be "breathe"?

I can't see any justification for Breathe.
The answer will be WREATHE (anagram of weather) which means twist or entwine and explains the WIND (pronounced WINED)
