I thought I'd struck gold with 'Yellowstone' for the rocks in the street, but the series was broadcast in 2009, Has anyone got the answer to this?
Can anyone show me why the red bauble is 'Total Wipeout'? Isn't the ball the wrong shade of red?
Finally, does anyone know the significance of the barber's pole and the budgies on unicycles?
Thank you in anticipation

Barber Pole denotes blood and bandages as the barber was also the dentist at the time.

The big bouncy balls on Total Wipeout are red.

I hope that helps.
I don't think the bauble is total wipe out sorry - not sure what it is though
National Lotttery, perhaps? The red is closer to the red of the national lottery balls. But...why only one...why no number...why make it into a bauble? Maybe it's a red herring (ball) - just part of the dog/trick thing?
I think the stripey cane/unicycling lovebirds carrying flags might all just be part of the dog/trick thing. (which i think is New Tricks).
Scrap that national lottery suggestion- i've realised that none of the actual balls are red, only the 'display' as the draw is made.
Re the burning yellow underpants -
I know several people have suggested 'Liar Liar', which in many ways makes total sense.
(Liar, liar, pants on fire).

But I have doubts.
Firstly, the quiz text states that there are hidden clues to 50 *programmes*. Is a film a programme?

Secondly, if it IS 'Liar, Liar', it would be the only film amongst the whole 50.
I know it was shown on tv recently, but I can't help doubting it's the right answer.

Has there been a drama (not a film) called 'Liar, Liar' on tv of which I'm unaware?

But, if not the film 'Liar, Liar', I'm afraid I can't suggest what else. :(
I think the budgies on unicycles is a reference to Channel 4's Animal Madhouse.
Yellowstone's being repeated this week. Does it specify that the programmes have to have screened for the first time this year?
