Could the answers to 25 and 40 be related to previous answers? What was numder 2? and what were numbers 10 and 20?

If the answer to 2 is holly then 25 would be ivy and if the answers to 10 and 20 are related to the three kings then 40 would be Melchior , the only one with an eight letter name.
