I know I'm grouchy but why do people ask for help and then never take the time to thank you. If I'm out and about and I need to know the time (I dont have a watch) and ask someone for the time and they tell me I always say "thank you" and that's quite an easy thing to do. We rake through our brains to help and a lot of people can't be bothered to thank us for that...........Right rant over
