Hi

Has anyone managed to solve today's puzzle?

Assume you are using a basic calculator and press the numbersin the order shown, replacing each question mark with a mathematical sign. +, -, x & divide can be used once only. What is the lowest number you can possible score?

2 ? 3 ? 8 ? 1 = ?

I make the lowest minus 1/3 (if negatives and fractions are allowed). Does anyone have anything lower?

2x3-8+1 += -1

You've missed a bit out. 2?3?8?1?9=
