Hi squarebear. From experience I'm not convinced that puzzleking123 has provided the exact correct wording but I worked on the basis that 'another' means another country (Austria in this case) with what sounds like ALE inside (assuming 'drinking beer' can mean taking in ale).
Maybe the 'that is' (which initially led me of think of i.e.) should be 'this is'
