I was going to say that the quizsetter of the St Guthlacs quiz requested on a previous post that questions should not be asked too early but I am obviously a bit late.

That's the problem when you "forget" to mention the name of the quiz in your post.

She did - the name of the quiz is "Number Hunt"

Thats as easy as saying "local quiz" or "last one left".

If the FULL name of the quiz is mentioned people are more aware of quizsetters wishes for questions not to be asked on here or elsewhere and will respect them (well usually anyway).

I am the setter and main seller of this quiz which raises funds for St. Guthlac's Ladies' Guild in Market Deeping.

The first questions were asked on this site on 2nd January, just one month after the quiz went on sale, and I felt very upset because the closing date is not until 21st May. The quiz was selling very well, as it still is, and I felt that people would not bother to send in for it if they spotted some quizzers asking for answers so early. Clues to answers are always permissible, of course. I posted a request on 2nd January on this site requesting that people wait until nearer the closing date to ask for direct answers so that it would give me time to sell more copies.

Please don't enter answers without checking them anyway. I see that at least one suggestion given is incorrect.

Whatever you do, I hope you are enjoying the quiz. If you haven't already got your copy, it's not too late!
