Local Logo Quiz

I'm doing a local logo quiz and am stuck on two. One is a vertical arrow surrounded by an ellipse all in black, the other is a capital letter H top left of the letter in red bottom right in blue with a red, white and blue swoosh through the letter from bottom left to top right.
