Is There Professions Whom Decency Protected By Society?

i am enough young gentleman, who had only few jobs in his life. I was useful for my bosses last months, but everything is changed after one high level meeting at the company. My delivery skills are became useless starting from that day. They are fired me. The way of that was chosen to be humiliating. Every morning of my life presenting me absolute distraction. I feel that i need to provide myself some other type of vocation. Some skills, whom should force people to accept me and be my shield forever. What professionals are fully protected from the unfair humiliation? Medical Doctors and Juridical Judges or something more deserved to be appreciated and forgiven anyways?
