Duh!! Halloween is the 31st October - it will never fall on the 13th.

If it's not the obvious trick question and you mean how many times does Halloween and Friday the 13th fall on the same day of the week over a ten year period - There will be a minimum of one Friday the 13th every year. Halloween will fall on a Friday approx once every 7 years so on average Halloween and Friday the 13th will fall on the same day (i.e. Friday) once every 10 years.
But I guess that's what you were hoping for so that you could reply - No, never.
