It's quite easy to get here via Google - just start with the red telephone box, that will give you the designer and he has an entry in wikipedia which mentions the bequest - I just wouldn't want to deprive you of the thrill of the chase!

Thanks but I found the solution after I realised they spoke of the designer of the red phone box, which was George Gilbert Scott and as you say the farm was mentioned on Wikipedia. Thanks again for replying and have a happy christmas and prosperous good year.
