Dingbat - and again

This is a large capital A. Inside the upper section the letter T appears six times. 2nd appears twice in the lower section.

What can this be?

So far I have "Sixty seconds in a ....." what?

I've thought of that but the A is large not minute (small) so I'm not so sure.

no its the 6 "t"s and 2nds that are minute in the A

Mamya's right. It IS minute because of what's enclosed in the A - the "t's" and the "second" "t's".
