Hi all, I'm doing a Cryptic Food and Drink Quiz for a charity prize draw, and am stuck on a few riddles:

Select a flower
Inert heavyweight
Sounds like boxing practice with millionaires John Paul
Part of house used to store pulp
Owned a place where ships are stored

All the answers are to do with food and/or drink. As an idea of the kind of thing, "Nat King's legislation" is coleslaw and "Caught sight of Moby" is spotted dick, to name a couple.
