And, for instance, I help them. When I have time. When I have no time - I don't visit the site and just don't read the questions and requests.

But I don't reproach people. It's up to me to decide whether to help or not.

There are different situations. One should understand that, but not to say "oh, you're laaaaazy" without knowing the circumstances.

Ok but I understood it as an idiom meaning 'hunger is te best relish' ie determination to do something is far increased if you're hungry for it. Not really to do with food at all so good I didn't try to help.
