i have two unknown concentarations in ml

U1 = 16.18ml
U2=15.53

the reference range is 40-50g/ml

how do i work out if theses two unknowns are within the reference range.

I think you will have to give more detail and clarity to get a meaninful answer.

how do you mean exactly?
One of the two unknowns you have given is expressed as a volume, the other as a number. You want to compare these to a range of concentrations, which is a different kind of unit to the two unknowns. you will have to convert the two unknowns to the same units as the reference in order to make a comparison.
