Venus rotates so slowly on its axis that its day is longer than its year. How would the calendar work?

I wonder if anyone could have been bothered to construct a Venusian calendar for you to use as an example.
But I guess it would start in the month of Glaxfoal, and then before the day of Glumpsday had finished, the month would have changed to Lonsrack. and so on and so forth.
I'm sure you could create such a calendar as, 'an exercise for the reader'.
