I read that there is a certain worm that can life in boiling water. Is there any true way that will kill any and all things (Viruses, Bacteria, Mold, Life, etc...)?
What is the best way to sterilize a plastic bottle? (Honey Bottle)
I doubt you'll find extremophiles lurking in a plastic honey bottle, as the name suggests they like extreme conditions.
Best bet is hot (not boiling because you might distort the plastic) water and washing up liquid. Might not be 100% sterile but plenty good enough for most purposes.

Chlorine will kill vitually anything if it is strong enough to be detected by your nose. However you are going to put food in it and it won't withstand boiling water then alcohol should do the trick. It all depends on what you are going to use it for.
