9. How much heat is absorbed by pouring 10 grams of 100°C liquid water on a student’s hand. The water is cooled to body temperature, 37°C. Assume that all of the heat is absorbed by the hand.
10. How much heat is absorbed by contacting 10 grams of 100°C steam by a student’s hand. The steam is condensed to liquid and then the liquid is cooled to body temperature, 37°C. Assume that all of the heat is absorbed by the hand.

For these questions you are going to need the specific heat capacity of water and steam, which is usually given in Joules per Kelvin per mole. So you'll have to convert moles to grams, and then use Energy = (heat capacity) times (change in temperature) times mass to give the amount of heat energy transferred.
