Well in my opinion at least two of the four you have mentioned as unachievable, or at least seem that way based on current theories -- and those theories have survived intense and sustained scrutiny. I don't expect time travel (in the sense of going back in time) or faster-than-light speeds to be possible, ever.

Theories to add to the list? I wonder if some form of interstellar travel based on cryogenics -- freezing people and reviving them later -- may be possible.

Jim, cryogenics is an excellent theory which could fit around the switching the "aging" gene off which would be needed in traveling long distances between the galaxies.

zacsmaster if aliens and ufos are to be believed then this could be explained with light speeds, maybe time travel but i could see teleportation or wormholes being implemented.

Zacsmaster one thing i found interesting but unbelievable was the theory where they folded space like a piece of paper bringing both entrances directly above each other, i can't remember what the theory was but it was damned interesting at the time, are you familiar with it?
