I can recommend completion of the 'on-line' form that you get from the link given by tonyav. If you click on the form the box which indicates you would like to be telephoned, it is more than likely that you will receive a call back within a few minutes. The last time I used the enquiry service, I received a telephone call before I had closed my Internet connection to Amazon.
