Doesn't convert, you must mean Newtons/metre squre, or Pascals. Then the conversion is easily given by google as: 6,894,757.29 Pascal, or almost 7 million.
Well newton metres are a measure or torque and psi is a measure of pressure so I'm struggling to see what ou mean can you be more specific.

we need to put some disc springs into an application
that can cope with 1000 psi . but i need to tell the disc spring supplier the force in newtons rather than psi - so that they can recommend a strong one - i think we will need quite a few disc springs to do it - but we have plenty of room for them - so that wont be an issue
OK I suspect they want Newtons per square Meter which is 6 894 757.28 as jim says above, or 1000 psi = 1550nsi.
