If you calculated the total volume of water  molecules in,on and around the earth  and the atmosphere. whether it be vapour,solid or liquid or mixed with anything else.will there always be exactly the same all the time? and if there is more or less where would it go or come from?

Molecules of water can be created in hundreds of ways in chemical and organic forms as the elements of H. and O. can be joined or split apart, and are constantly doing so.

Pedantly... the total water content of the Earth remains nearly constant.  A small amount is lost through the upper atmosphere which is generally equaled by water being brought into the hydrological cycle from volcanic activity... Biggest problem is that, although Earth is a water wrold, only 3% is fresh water.  Added to that is the unequal distribution. Scientists estimate the total water on Earth to be nearly 1 billion cubic kilometers...
I drank some this morning.
