That's nothing - you should see the stuff we have to navigate through , in the Delta quadrant

We are a particularly manky species it seems. No wonder aliens don't stop off for a coffee.
I guess one broken satellite can break up into numerous bits to be tracked.

Anyway the binmen haven't been round here lately.

Any civilisation is going to have this issue to contend with early in their space era. It'll get sorted at some point.
We won't address the plastic island in the Pacific, Old_Geezer. I don't hold out much hope for space scaffies any time soon. :-(
it is alarming but on the other hand strangely beautiful in an abstract way.

Also pretty amazing that we have the ability to track this vast number of bits of stuff most of it probably only a few metres across.

I agree with OG one day we will find a proper way to get rid of it and get out there into space.

Where is Steptoe and Son when you need them?
I was very worried about future space travellers bumping into things when the first satellite was launched. But then I am a bit of a worrier.

Indeed Bazile and we must thank you for bringing us Cardassians to settle in the good old USA.
Some radical surgery and a change of spelling have given them a new lease of life.
