Given that different cultures have different definitions of attractiveness, and given also that the sex of a child is dictated by the sperm, the article leads me to wonder three things:
1. What possible mechanism in reproduction can determine whether the parents are considered attractive in their particular culture?
2. How does that influence the sperm production of the male?
3. What on earth has the mechanics of sexual reproduction got to do with psychology?
