Othello?

If you know the game "Othello" you will know how it works, well some time ago i was playing with a mate when for some reason neither of us could go, with plenty of spaces left, this was to me very unusual then i realised that totally by accident the entire board was symettrical in position and colours. Neither of us engineered it it just happened.Without playing in a regular premeditated system i don't know how it could happen and we didn't!
