This could be Schrodinger. It is 200 miles (320 km) in diameter and has an inner ring which is 92 miles (150 km) in diameter and about 75 percent complete.

Try googling for a lunar map to positively identify what you have seen.

It's Tycho.  I explained this and gave you a link in an answer to your second question, but it has mysteriously disappeared.
