Marine archeology
my daughter, student in conservation, writes a thesis on marine archeology. the subject is about artifacts recently found on the site of the wreckage of a 13th century junk in the Sea of Java. The site itself is undisclosed (4 security reasons ??) but the artifacts are of Chinese and (!!) near-east--probably egyptian--origins. Could anyone help us to find further information about this particular wreckage (or any others) and about 13th century trade in the Sea of China ? You may answer in English, French or Spanish.
