would a nice bottle of red be acceptable, as we had a lovely Wolf Blass cabernet Sauvignon the other day and thought might take that, unless any one has other ideas??
will you be getting a lift there ,couple of bottles of wine ,lidls do some really good priced ones
Wine is fine and maybe some cheese and biscuits x
A bottle of port, cheese and biscuits
Do you want to go?
That is the question.
Many people living alone for Christmas, just like it that way and it is annoying when friends or family insist that you cannot be left in piece on Christmas Day.
Any of the above...and don't worry about your legs.
Yes, Go, think I read elsewhere that friend will be collecting you.
(I can relate to the not too steady on one's pins)

As has been suggested, bottle of wine and cheese and biscuits.

Or are you looking for something a bit more personal as a gift for them?
I hope sqad means "peace"...;-)
