Binge Eating
How can I prevent binge eating? I'll explain my situation better: regularly exercise 2-4 times a week. at least two times a week i do an hour cardio, and two to four days a week I weigh train. I know how to eat for the results I want. I use to blame my binge eating on my Type one diabetes, and/or my relationship issues. The relations are resolved. I have the best control of my glucose levels. I have only on goal at the moment, and that is to lose about 10-15 pounds. goal weight of about 130-135 lbs. i am currently 140-140 after i have spent a 2-4 weeks of uninterrupted routines (interruption by binge eating). I am not sure why today i binge ate a little much, in the past it was much worst; it would last for one to three days of more frequent and quantity of eating. I wonder what i am doing that i just am not reaching my goal weight. 1) is i train to long and hard which i have to eat more during the next two days. 2) on my rest days i should eat until i feel good as i refuel my body, and i do. 3) on days like to day i just binge ate and last night i ate excessively. possibly because i was timid to eat in front of some people, (my issue, i know). But i am wondering how can i insure my self so i can totally win over my own matrix of scenarios.?

I’m dieting and have swapped “quick” carbs with slow digestin carbs, healthy efa’s salads etc and have lost weight even though I have “ cheat weekends” where I eat and drink pretty much what I want.
Can you post your workout and diet? I’m not an expert but maybe able to help :)
