Yep. It's called a clock!
We`d never know if it happened.
With my loose grasp on physics I have a theory to bring to the table....If space is a physical substance that can be made a hole in and/or folded then surely the obvious experiment to do in space is to create and //brute force// a hole.

Which could possibly be achieved by detonating a thermonuclear device in space and seeing whether this can smash through the space/time fabric.

As for the general article, time travel is one of the many things that are (a) probably impossible, but (b) always worth trying regardless.

If he could build a time machine that was anything more than a view of past events, he would have done so by now and sent himself a copy of the plans.
Wish someone would. Then we could all climb in and travel to a time when Brexit is done and dusted. Setting the 'clock' for about 2028 might just do it :-/
